Is your office "in network" for our insurance?
In network and out of network is treated the same.
Do we need referrals?
Yes, you must have referrals for these services. We encourage families to contact their insurance company directly for more information.
What should we bring to the appointment?
Please bring your current insurance card, identification, referral slip, script from doctor and any prescription information when you come for your visit.
We have Medicare, and Medicaid. What should we expect?
We accept these programs. Please bring your current enrollment card provided by Medicare, and Medicaid.
If you are not covered by insurance, we can help you understand your payment options and may be able to offer additional assistance. For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover card.
